suspected surrendered about four hour later. at noon today the roller coaster was shut down for 20 minutes, so crews could adjust the power setting. now that is the same issue that stoped the roller coaster 1200 feet in the air a week ago stranding these dozens riders for nearly two hours. no one was hurt in that incident. the ride went through comprehensive testing and the problem has been corrected. officers shot and injured a suspect during a foot chase last night on paterno hill. officers answered the call of a man with a gun around 6:30 last night. the suspect allegedly fled and  officers gave chase. that's when police say the the -- the man turned to around officer. police in oakland are hoping to find surveillance video that will help him
